mCherry and GFP expression system

This system includes two fluorescent protein generators. An mCherry generating device is controlled by a LacI-repressible promoter and a GFP generating device is controlled by a tet-repressible promoter. It differs from I2036 and I2050 just in the RBS controlling mCherry expression.
